Urgent Appointments
If you would like an appointment with a doctor or advanced nurse practitioner, please call us at 8am and our triage service will arrange an appointment with an appropriate clinician. To reduce the risk of infection due to Covid, we are providing more telephone/video appointments however, we offer face to face appointments when clinically necessary.
Routine Appointments
If you need a routine appointment with our nursing team for a blood test or vaccinations etc., these can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance. Please call to book a routine appointment.
Enhanced Hours Appointments
We provide specialist appointments with clinicians from 6.30-8pm Monday to Friday and from 9-5pm Saturday. They can be booked through the reception team at your registered practice.
Cancelling Appointments
Please let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel your appointment by calling our reception team, or through the NHS App.
Missed Appointments
Please do not waste appointments, when they could be used for someone else. If you fail to turn up for an appointment, you will be sent a warning letter. If you continue to miss appointments, we will ask you to register with another GP practice.
Home Visits
These are for patients who cannot get in to the surgery because of illness, disability or their age.
