Our clinicians are experienced in advising on vaccinations for foreign travel. Please complete and return your travel questionnaire at least 6 weeks in advance of your travel. The nurse will then arrange a call to discuss your travel and arrange an appointment for your vaccinations.
Please note: Some travel vaccines are not covered by the NHS and therefore are not available at the surgery. You will need to complete a travel questionnaire form for each person travelling.
